A: We can accommodate most requests, but you would need to contact us at least 24 hours before your delivery. If you have a very specific time request (e.g. 7 p.m.), we can accommodate you for a fee of $30. If you did not specify a time frame in your order, or wish to make a change, please contact us. Please do this at least 24 hours before your requested delivery time.
It is always possible that traffic conditions, weather conditions or accidents may prevent us from fulfilling a request. If this is the case, one of our Customer Service Agents will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Also, please keep in mind that we might have to charge additional fees for re-delivery or additional delivery services.
Q: Can I have flowers delivered the same day I order them?
A: Yes, but only if you make the order before 11am. The earliest delivery time for same-day delivery would be 2:30pm to 6:00pm. Please refer to our delivery schedule for more details.
Q: What should I do if I accidentally provided the wrong delivery address?
A: You should always be careful when providing the details of your order. We are not held responsible for failed deliveries based on an incorrect or invalid delivery address or contact phone number for the recipient.
If you find that you have made an error, get in touch with Customer Service right away, giving us at least 48 hours to correct the order.
If we are unable to deliver a product due to the recipient’s unavailability or an inaccurate address, we will attempt to make delivery again within 24 hours. We will charge the sender an additional fee for re-delivery.

A: If we realise that weather or traffic conditions are preventing us from making a delivery, we will deliver again within 24 hours at no additional cost to the sender.
