Q:How can I pay for my purchases on Gift Flowers Singapore?

A:You can simply settle your payment with your credit card or PayPal via our online platform. We also accept payment via direct deposit into banks and direct bank transfer. Alternatively, we can process your payment with offline facilities.

 

Q:What should I do if Gift Flowers Singapore does not accept my credit card?

A:Unfortunately, we are unable to accept all forms of payment. We accept Paypal on our website; however, you may get in touch with our Customer Service representatives via phone +65 6280 2212 or email (hello@giftflowers.com.sg). We are happy to help you complete your purchase with a credit card.


Q:My credit card is a non-Singapore issued credit card. Can I still make payment online?

A:Yes, we accept most major credit cards on our website regardless of the issuing country. However, please note that transactions will be in Singapore Dollars and may be susceptible to your card issuers currency conversion rates. 

If you are experiencing difficulty on our website and your card cannot be processed, you can reach out to us on +65 6280 2212 or through email at hello@giftflowers.com.sg. Our customer service representatives will be happy to provide you with alternative payment methods.


Q:How secure is the information I provide Gift Flowers Singapore?

 A:We encrypt each piece of data you submit through this website. We also use reCAPTCHA to protect our customers from unauthorized access by automated programs.


Q:Can I cancel my order with Gift Flowers Singapore?

A:Yes, you are required to cancel the order at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. You can do this by contact our Customer Service representatives via +65 6280 2212 or hello@giftflowers.com.sg. Please provide the details of your order in the email.

We may be able to accommodate some requests within 48 hours of delivery; however, a fee of $15 is charged to cover administrative fees.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders with items that have already been purchase and/or packaged. You will be required to pay the order’s full price.


Q:Can you deliver my flowers at a specific time?

A:You need to contact us at least 24 hours of notice for your delivery, we can accommodate most requests. If you have a very specific time (e.g. 7 p.m.), we can accommodate you for a fee of $30. If you did not specify a time frame in your order, or you want to make a change, you can contact us. Please do this at least 24 hours before your requested delivery time.

It is always possible that traffic conditions, weather or an accident could prevent us from fulfilling a request. If this is the case, one of our customer service agents will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Also, please keep in mind that we might have to charge additional fees for re-delivery or additional delivery services.


Q:Can I have flowers delivered the same day I order them?

A:Yes, but only if you make the order before 1:00 p.m.. The earliest delivery time for same day delivery would be 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.


Q:What should I do if I accidentally provided the wrong delivery address?

A:You should always be cautious when providing the details of your order. We are not held responsible for failed deliveries based on an incorrect or invalid delivery address or contact phone number for the recipient.

If you find that you have made an error, get in touch with Customer Service right away, giving us at least 48 hours to correct the order.

If we are unable to deliver a product based on the recipient’s unavailability or an inaccurate address, we will attempt to make delivery again within 24 hours. We will charge the sender an additional fee for re-delivery.


Q:What happens if weather or traffic conditions prevent delivery?

A:If we realize that weather or traffic conditions are preventing us from making a delivery, we will deliver again within 24 hours at no additional cost to the sender.


Q:Do you offer order tracking through your website?

A:Yes, customers can track the order by contacting our Customer Service Representatives.


Q:Can I change my order after I have paid for it?

A:Unfortunately, we are not able to change an order once it is in the process of preparation or shipping. For orders that have not been prepared, we may charge an additional fee based on the type of change. We are not able to refund any difference in price.


Q:Do you deliver on public holidays?

A:We do not accept same-day deliveries on holidays; however, you can order them for delivery ahead of time.


Q:How do I know if you have received my order?

A:Customers will receive a confirmation email after placing orders. Get in touch with Customer Service if you have yet to receive email confirmation.


Q:Where does Gift Flowers Singapore deliver?

A:At this time we are only able to deliver to Singapore. We intend to expand our business outside of Singapore’s borders soon.
